The Cabinet's resolution has approved the agreement between the governments of Ukraine and Brazil on partial refusal from visas.

The document, signed in Kyiv on December 2, 2009 within the state visit of President of Brazil Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva to Ukraine, provides for a visa free regime for tourists.

The instrument will come into force after the parties have performed the intergovernmental procedures and notified each other about it.
