On June 22, 2010 Ihor Ostash, Ambassador of Ukraine to Canada, met team of World Hope, a non-governmental organization, that plans to go to Ukraine to support the shelters for street kids and Summer Camp in Kremidivka, near Odessa.

 

The team leader Mark Partington presented the project World Hope Ukraine and the working program of the team in Ukraine. He also informed about the work of Hope House, a home for children who graduated from the orphanages and have the opportunity to live there till they settle their own independent life. Mr. Partington also presented the work of First Steps Centre, a drop in shelter for street kids in Odessa, and Summer camp in Kremidivka that are run under the project World Hope Ukraine.

 

Ambassador of Ukraine to Canada thanked the members of the team for the work with the Ukrainian street children, stressed on the importance of the work against human trafficking and wished good luck with their project in Ukraine.
